On memorial weekend none the less we were turning on the air for the first time this season and getting hotter. After 5 other calls to other companies with no return or resolve we were preparing for a hot long weekend. Decided to call one last spot and were blown away by the response this company gave us. They answered our call while mowing the lawn and within 30 minutes had a guy at our door. Very knowledgeable and as friendly as you could ask Alex arrived and thoroughly investigated the entirety of the system. Knowledge and quality
I appreciated speaking with the business owner and not having to leave a message. I’m a new homeowner of an older home that did not have heat vents in the kitchen, back porch and main bedroom. After running space heaters and dealing with frozen laundry pipes they came to my rescue big time. After looking over the situation in my home, Rivercity employees went above and beyond to run vents into all areas of concern. Older homes can be a challenge and I appreciate the efforts making the situation better. They also discovered that there was a vent in the bedroom that had been covered by carpet. Bill Bongers might not have Facebook, but he DOES have a working furnace. So he asked me to share! He’s thankful that he was able to get ahold of someone, after normal business hours, to temporarily fix his motor. They assured him they’d be back in the morning to finish the job and sure enough, he was up and running by 8:30am.
